Regardless of the onboarding flow chosen, all Sub-Accounts must complete a verification process before they can start receiving payouts. This is a regulatory requirement to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) or know your business (KYB) regulations.
Please note we may change the verification requirements at any time according to the Merchant Category Code (MCC) or other risk factors. Therefore it is essential to perform the verification process as soon as possible to avoid any unexpected delays in being eligible for payouts.
Additionally, verification is an ongoing responsibility for both Ryft and the main Account holder to ensure that all Sub-Accounts remain compliant with the latest regulations. This may include periodic re-verification or updates to the information provided during the initial onboarding process.
