The Dashboard page offers a powerful tool for monitoring and analysing data, combining interactive charts and flexible filtering for quick insights into key metrics.
The central dashboard area is dedicated to a suite of dynamic and intuitive charts, designed to give users deep, actionable insights into key business metrics.
Each chart includes corresponding graphs for visual data representation. All graphs are interactive, allowing users to hover over data points for specific values and dates.
This provides a foundational view, charting the total gross volume of transactions processed over a specified time period. It offers a clear visual trend of overall business scale.
Payments are broken down into three key components for detailed analysis:
- Captured: The total value of successfully processed and settled payments.
- Refunds: The aggregate value of all returned funds.
- Net Volume: The final true income figure after refunds have been deducted (Captured minus Refunds).
This chart focuses on customer lifecycle and value metrics, helping to inform marketing and retention strategies:
- New Customers: The count of first-time customers within the selected period.
- Returning Customers: The count of customers who have made repeat purchases.
- Average Spend Per Customer: The average transaction value per customer, calculated by dividing the total captured volume by the number of unique customers.
The left side of the page features Display and Filter by sections.
The Display section lets users choose which charts (Volume, Payments, Customers) to show.
Below this, the Filter by section enables customisation of the date range (up to 60 days between start and end dates) and currency.
The Clear button resets all filters.
