Merchants can order pre-certified payment terminals through the Ryft Portal to facilitate the processing of In-Person Payments at their physical locations. These terminals are designed to securely capture payment information and support various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile wallets.
In order to purchase payment terminals, merchants must log in to the Ryft Portal and navigate to the Shop section.
From there, they can browse the available terminal options, understand their features, and pricing. Once a suitable terminal is identified, merchants can select the desired model and quantity, and proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Basket" icon on the top-right corner of the page.
At checkout, merchants will be prompted to provide necessary details, including shipping information and payment method. After reviewing the order summary, merchants can confirm the purchase.
Upon successful completion of the transaction, an order confirmation will be sent to the merchant's registered email address, along with an estimated delivery date for the terminals.
Once the terminals are received, merchants can follow the instructions in the Set-up Terminal guide to configure and prepare the devices for processing in-person payments.
